Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items that have been resized or altered
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
- Bridal jewellery sets that have been tried on
How to Request a Return Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email with your order details and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will replace it at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect
